Having weaned myself off muffins in recent years I was disappointed in myself for yielding to the temptation of these very fresh looking muffins…they were everything a muffin should be, plus more! They use Three Pence beans, (pronounced Thripence to those of my vintage ) which is my all-time fav. Double pic was very skilfully made to perfection… rich, nutty, chocolatey overtones.. good creamy milk foam… such a delight… and yes, they don’t use re-heated milk

Terrific local Cafe which covers the first basic requirement... good coffee!! Out the back is a terrific area away from the bustling street. Tables can seat "you and the crew" provided you book ahead. Food is really good with attention to detail. Happy to recommend..

Chapman has the best Acai bowl in Gymea, hands down! They also have great coffee and lovely service. Highchairs available and outdoor seating for when the sun is out. They even have an extra outdoor seating area round the back. Update: On reflection I think their pricing is consistent with the local competition so I've taken out that part. We did get some inconsistent latte art on this visit but the coffee itself still tasted good

Located at Shop 1, 24 Gymea Bay Road, Gymea, New South Wales, Australia ???????? Have been here a few times now, both by myself and as part of a group. Today I was part of a group of people with disabilities. We sat at the back of the cafe under the pergola. It was ideal for us. Only it was quite hot , could use some air circulation like fans. The staff are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I had a chocolate milkshake and the bacon and egg roll. Soooo delicious . The cake selection and sandwich selection is great also. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful place. It seems to be very popular with the locals which is always a good sign. I always look forward to coming back when I come to Gymea and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. A Thumbs Up from me!!
